    This membership is for parents and carers who want practical, compassionate support for their child’s emotional wellbeing — and their own. It’s especially helpful if your child is experiencing low confidence, big emotions, anxiety, or challenges with school or friendships. You don’t need any prior knowledge or experience — everything is explained in simple, accessible ways.

  • 🌱 What do I get with my membership?

    You’ll receive ongoing access to: Parent guidance and resources you can use at home. Tools and strategies to support your child’s mental and emotional health. Video content, activities, and downloadable resources. New content added over time. Access to everything included in the membership while you remain subscribed. Once you join, everything is available in your private member dashboard.

  • ⏱ How long do I have access?

    Membership access is for a full 12 months. This means you can revisit resources anytime, move at your own pace, and come back to materials whenever you need them.

  • 👨‍👩‍👧 What age children is this suitable for?

    The strategies and resources are designed primarily for parents of primary and secondary school–aged children, but many parents find them useful for a wider age range too. The focus is on building emotional understanding, mental resilience, and connection — skills that benefit children (and the adults around them) at many stages.

    After purchasing, you’ll create your login and be taken to your Student Dashboard. From there, you’ll see all the included resources and a clear “start here” guide to help you know what to do first. You don’t need to complete things in any particular order — you can follow what feels most relevant for your family.

  • 💻 How does it work technically?

    Everything is online. After you sign up: You’ll create your account Log in through the members area Access your dashboard with all included content You can use a computer, tablet, or phone — whatever works best for you.

  • 💬 Is this therapy or a replacement for professional support?

    No — this membership provides education, tools, and parent support, but it’s not therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care. If your child needs urgent or specialist support, we always recommend reaching out to a qualified healthcare professional.

  • 🔄 Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Once cancelled, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

  • 🤍 I’m already overwhelmed — will this add more pressure?

    Not at all. Everything is designed to be gentle, flexible, and realistic for busy parents. There’s no expectation to “keep up.” You can dip in and out, take what you need, and go at your own pace.
